प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और जम्मू-कश्मीर के 14 नेताओं के बीच गुरुवार को महाबैठक हुई। आपने कैमरे की तस्वीर देखी, टीवी पर बैठक के वीडियो फुटेज देखे, लेकिन क्या आपको इस बात का पता चला कि इन नेताओं के बीच क्या और किन मुद्दों पर बातचीत हुई। हम आपको बता रहे हैं कि इस महाबैठक में क्या-क्या बातचीत हुई।
दरअसल रिसर्च स्कॉलर और ऑब्जर्वर रिसर्च फाउण्डेशन में प्रोग्राम कॉर्डिनेटर अभिजीत अय्यर मित्रा ने एक के बाद एक नौ ट्वीट कर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजित डोभाल, और जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा सहित कश्मीर के 14 प्रमुख नेताओं के बीच चली महाबैठक में हुई चर्चा का खुलासा करने का दावा किया है।
ओआरएफ में प्रोग्राम कोऑर्डनेटर अभिजीत अय्यर मित्रा ने दावा किया है कि उन्होंने पीएम मोदी की इस महाबैठक में शामिल एक नेता से बातचीत की है जिसने उन्हें अन्दर हुई बातचीत का ब्योर दिया। मित्रा ने इस पूरी बातचीत का ब्यौरा एक के बाद एक सिलसिलेवार तरीके से 9 ट्वीट के जरिये सार्वजनिक किया है।
पहला ट्वीट
मित्रा ने अपने पहले ट्वीट में बताया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर मुद्दे पर हुई महाबैठक में शामिल एक वरिष्ठ नेता ने बताया कि कैमरे के सामने और बगैर कैमरे के बातचीत में जमीन-आसमान का फर्क था। इस महाबैठक के दौरान दंगा एक्ट पर बात हुई लेकिन 370 और 35 ए पर कोई जिक्र नहीं हुआ।

तीसरा ट्वीट
इसमें मित्रा ने बताया कि जम्मू और कश्मीर संभागों के बीच 3 सीटें उनकी संबंधित जनसांख्यिकी के अनुसार होंगी। इसके साथ ही जम्मू-कश्मीर में आरक्षण के संबंध में संविधान के प्रासंगिक खंड पूर्ण रूप से लागू किए जाएंगे।

चौथा ट्वीट
इसमें उन्होंने कहा कि, जम्मू-कश्मीर को अलग राज्य बनाने के लिए यही एक अकेला आधार नहीं होगा। यह इस बात पर भी निर्भर करेगा कि राजनैतिक पार्टियां कैसे व्यवहार करती हैं और अर्थव्यवस्था के विघटन का वह किस तरह से समर्थन करती हैं, क्योंकि नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस और पीडीपी दोनों राजनीतिक दल अपनी आय का अधिकांश हिस्सा पत्थरबाजी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उपयोग करते हैं।

मित्रा ने बताया कि इस दौरान यहां गाजर और लाठी के बीच एक पर्रफेक्ट बैलेंसिंग का उदाहरण दिया गया। अब तक राज्य में पत्थरबाजी आय का एक अहम स्रोत था लेकिन अब इसे पूरी तरह से नष्ट कर दिया गया है।
