मोटापे के कारण मंगेतर ने तोड़ लिया था रिश्ता, अब बनीं ब्रिटेन सुंदरी, दो साल में ऐसे घटाया 53 किलो वजन

जेन एटकिन ने मिस ग्रेट ब्रिटेन 2020 ( Miss Great Britain 2020) का खिताब जीता है। तीन साल पहले जेन ने खिताब जीतने के बारे में सोचा भी नहीं होगा। लेकिन इस घटना ने जेन की जिंदगी बदल दी। 3 साल पहले जेन एटकिन को उसके मंगेतर ने मोटापे के चलते छोड़ दिया था। जेन का मंगेतर उस पर ताना भी मारता था कि जंक फूड्स खाने के चलते वह ज्यादा मोटी हो गई है। 

इसी कारण जेन के मंगेतर ने उससे सारे रिश्ते खत्म कर दिए। हालांकि जेन इस बात से निराश नहीं हुई और जीवन में आगे बढ़ने का फैसला लिया। उन्होंने पिछले तीन सालों में बहुत ज्यादा मेहनत की और अब पूरी दुनिया उनका नाम जानती है।

जेन ने जीता मिस ग्रेट ब्रिटेन का खिताब 

रिश्ता खत्म होने के बाद जेन ने अपने फिगर को मेंटेन करने के लिए जी-तोड़ मेहनत की। अपनी डाइट को कंट्रोल किया और जिम में पसीना बहाना शुरू कर दिया। न्यूयॉर्क टाइम्स में छपी खबर के अनुसार, जेन ने कहा,  ''मेरी पहले और आज की जिंदगी में दिन-रात का अंतर है। मैंने अपने खाने में कुछ बदलाव किए हैं, लेकिन आज भी मैं खाने का लुत्फ उठाती हूं। मैं हफ्ते में 5 बार जिम में वर्कआउट के लिए जाती हूं। ये मेरी जिंदगी का हिस्सा बन चुका है।''

जानें 3 साल में कैसे खुद को कैसे जेन ने बदला

जेन ने सबसे पहले Miss Scunthorpe का खिताब अपने नाम किया।  इसके बाद साल 2018 में उन्होंने मिस इंग्लैड की प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लिया। इस बार उनकी किस्मत साथ नहीं थीं, दूसरे स्थान पर ही रह गईं। इसके बाद जेन ने जिम वर्कआउट को और बढ़ा दिया। ज्यादा मेहनत करने लगी। उन्होंने 75वें मिस ग्रेट ब्रिटेन प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लिया और ये खिताब अपने नाम कर लिया।
